It has been weeks since KPOPCON X happened. And like what I always say in my previous blogs, I am sorry for posting it late. Well, you know. Life happens. But it won’t stop me from blogging this event. I was really stressed with this event (well, I guess everyone is). But I am very happy that I became a part of PKCI for its this very special event.
I never thought I’ll get to see iKON this close, or even attend this event. Why? First of all, I am not a Samsung user. And even if I am, for sure I can’t afford the required Samsung model to join the event. Second, I am not lucky with raffles. But thankfully, I got a media pass under kpopchannel.tv.
A lot of you may be shocked because I am posting something about Thai since I always post about Koreans. Let me give you a heads up, I attended this fan meeting not as a fan, but as a photographer. But I can say, that I became a fan of these artists when I met them.
I was pretty much aware that this new KPOP group, NOIR, will be visiting the Philippines for a free fan event. But I never knew that I will have the chance to meet them twice.
It’s funny to think that I was still able to attend Taeyeon’s concert in Manila even thought I was not able to buy tickets on the day of the ticket selling. I am very much thankful for kpopchannel.tv for this opportunity.
This I guess was the most peaceful yet super fulfilling concert that I have attended. WINNER ‘Everywhere’ Tour in Manila was held at the MOA Arena last November 10, 2018. This concert was brought to you by Pulp Live World.
It has been 2 years since the first MBC Show Champion was held in Manila. This 2018, it came back with a very unexpected line up. EXO – the most awaited kpop group in the line up – MXM, Weki Meki, The Boyz, Hyeongseop x Euwioong, and Xeno – T rocked the stage of MOA Arena last October 28, 2018.
DAY6 ‘Youth’ in Manila has been the talk of the town. This was the first time this Korean band performed in the Philippines. Filipino My Days have been so excited to see them and watch them perform live. They, or should I say we, have been waiting for three years.
Multi-talented singer-actor, Jung Joon Young, went to the Philippines for his first ever fan meeting here. Jung Joon Young Fan Meeting in Manila “Fiancee” was held at the ABS-CBN Vertis Tent last September 22, 2018, 6pm.
I’m back with another blog about Hallyu Events here in the Philippines. This time, it is all about the Happy Hallyu Day 2 that happened last Sept. 9, 2018 at the SM North Edsa Skydome. This event is brought to the fans by Philippine KPop Convention, Inc. (PKCI) in partnership with KOFICE. In this event, I was a photographer-slash-volunteer.
